Best way to display meeting timelines/goals

I am new to Qlikview and am trying to display whether a group is meeting time sensitive goals. Can anybody suggest a good way to display the date a goal is due and whether it was delivered on time? My time frame is about 8 different deliveries fairly evenly spaced over two years. I have tried various charts and cannot find a way to make one show some sort of timeline. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Maybe a scatter chart with the points on the due dates and a colour showing if the date was met?

I think I see. The Y value (expression) should be 0. Can I leave it empty, put in 0, or something that evaluates to 0?

Just put in 0, or you may want to put in 1 so that it shows above the x-axis line.  Then conditionally set the dot colour.
