Availability Limitations in QMC

Hello all,

I am looking at upgrading to v9sr3 from v8.20.

In QMC I changed the Root Folder in Server Settings, applied and restarted the server. User documents now shows all the qvws (including versions etc), but I want to only allow access to the the current. The manual shows that there should be an 'Availability Limitations' option but I do not see that (nothing above the 'Preload Options'.

Where is this setting or perhaps I just need to uncheck all the access methods? Does this mean that everytime I reload a document I have to make the new version unavailable? It would be far better to only allow a document by exception - can this be done?

At the top of your load script add a function that move old version of your document in a different (not visible) folder, this should work.
"Restricted" in user document properties is only related to the possibility to limit the pre-load functionality.
