How to pass dynamic parameters to an SAP query

Hi All!

How can I fill a select option of an SAP query without using a variant?
I'd Like to fill it dynamically from my script. I can't find this option when using the SAP Query Connector.

Please advice. What I'm doing wrong?

i use qv variables to communicate dynamic queries e.g.

sql select *

FROM BSEG

WHERE GJAHR='$(vVariable)''

With tables everything is fine.... but I want to pass such a variable to an SAP query select option. There is no WHERE part....

dynamic parameters are supported by Xtract QV, the alternative SAP Connector by Theobald Software:http://www.theobald-software.com/en/download/xtractqv.htm
