Can Anyone enlighten on QV Tunnels? Or point to right document ?

As far as I know We dont have to go through QV Tunnels when your server is working as HTTP and QV server together. Is that correct? Also discuss when, why and How do we use QV tunnels?

Normally when you are using the plug-in client it talks to the server on port 4747. If this port is not open in the Firewall the client will try to connect through Tunneling. It has to be installed for this to work with IIS. It work automatically with the QVWS.

So is it OK to not have QV Tunnel when your QVS and QVWS are on the same physical machine ?

config.xml has <tunnelurl> tab. Can I delete that line from confing file if I am not using it?

I would not delete the line. If you do the default settings will put it back, and there is no way to change the defaults.
