Color Problem in report

This is my report. 2004 is in yellow color, but when I am selecting 2004 from legend its color changing to blue. I want this should come in yellow color.

Can anyone tell how to solve this ??

     Check this,

          Chart Properties --> Colors --> select the Persistent Color
