QV Form authentication for Access Point portal

Hi All,

Please help me to implement the Form Authentication for Access Point portal, currently it is in NTFS Authentication mode can you please help me to change it to Form ( specific User Name and Password) Authentication? Please help me to get the direction for following questions :

1. What changes required to make QV Access Point portal as Form Authentication or Other than the NTFS?
2. Do we need any specific license to do so? Currently it show that License not permitting to change from NTFS authentication.
3. Any reference material/URL available to do so?

Any help in this regards would be appreciated.

if you have Small Business (SBE) edition of server, only NTFS authentication is allowed.  DMS requires purchase of Enterprise license.
