If you are using QlikView 10 or 11, you can use extensions to create a geographic map/chart.

Hi,

I am using QlikView 10. Could you provide more insight into how to use extensions to create a geographic map/chart? This would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Raj

Besides the existing extensions you should google GeoQlik and Idevio as they also provide geographic extensions and support.

Hi Raj,

As Daniel mentioned Idevio offers a dynamic map extension for QlikView. IdevioMaps is easy to work with since the extension is fully integrated in QlikView, runs with QV 10 and 11.

Please do not hesitate to contact me directly for a further discussion.

Hi Raj,

GIS/Maps Analytics in QlikView is a very interesting topic indeed.

QlikView customers and channel parners are interested to display their QlikView KPI indicators on Geographic maps but also sometimes on a Building Plan (ex: logistic warehouse, supermarket, hospital, etc).

Business Geografic has developed a mapping extension for QlikView (V9, V10, V11) namely "GeoQlik" and we have been a Technology Partner of QlikTech since 2006 starting with QlikView 8!

I hereby suggest you to have a look at our new mapping extension for QlikView 11 "SR1": GeoQlik v11.6:

Please find hereafter a few screenshots of GeoQlik V11.6 using WMS/TMS services to display QlikView KPIs:
