Top N rows, Total of Top N and total of All others

Dear all,

I am stuck in a scenario where I have to display top 50 rows for a measure in a pivot table, then display the total of 50 rows, and then a row for total of remaining rows (others)

An elaboration to this - I need somthing like below :

Hospitals	Amount
abc	1234
def	2345
efg	56767
they	5677
Total
Others Total

I can find the option for restricting values to top 50, and the options for all others and Total, but that total is gives the sum of all the rows, and not the top N rows. Please help me on this.

Hmm, tricky one.

Not the nicests solutions maybe but take a look at attached file for a work around.

Or maybe it will give you an idea to work on a better solution
