Cant access properties in IE plugin

Hi,

I have some users that cant access properies in the plugin. They can copy objects but when the right click and select properties on the new object nothing happens. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

Ive seen this problem on both QV9 and 10, the users have the same plugin as the QVS.

Have you looked in Menu > Document Properties ?

Hi,

I have checked there. The strange thing is that it works for me on my computer. But not for some of the users.

Collaboration dosent work either for these users.

Check the plugin versions and if it work with ajax!

The version of the plugin and the QVS match. I can open the document in ajax and see the properties there. But i still cant access properties via the plugin.

I can't access Properties whti the IE Plugin either. Does someone have a solution to this problem?
