Can't download IE plugin from access point

Hello

I have the following problem:

When I open the QlikView Access Point and log in I try to donwload the IE plugin from the link that is on the top right . But IE gives the error for Page Not Found. The Download IE Plugin follows this url http://ourserver/QvPlugin/QvPluginSetup.exe .

I am using QV Server 10

Hello,

Check in your Enterprise Management Console, System, Setup, QlikView WebServers, your server Web that the path to QVPLUGIN exists in disk.

My path is C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin and it exists. Moreover there is a file QvPluginSetup.msi there. The problem is that the download link in the access point indicates to QvPlugin/QvPluginSetup.exe.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

It indicates the correct path , use the same

/QvPlugin/QvPluginSetup.msi

It will work , if there some other problem let me know

My QEMC indicates the correct path but on my web access point page the link to download the plugin still doesn't work.

Any suggestion how to change my link for the Download IE Plugin in the Access Point web page?

I am also using QV 10 and its working very fi9.

the link what is coming on your access point "QvPlugin/QvPluginSetup.exe"

change it too

/QvPlugin/QvPluginSetup.msi

I hope thi will work
