SBE on Windows2008: support two or more developers

Hello,

We are using  QV11 SBE on Windows2008 server.

A single developer can login with RDP using his/her windows un/pwd and launch the QV client application - for development.

However, when another developers log in, using his windows un/pwd, he cannot launch the QV client. This is very limiting.

Any ideas?

Best

Guy

Guy, this isn't a restriction so something must be configured wrong in your environment. Are both users local administrators? What happens when the 2nd user launches C:\Program Files\QlikView\Qv.exe?

Vlad is right.  This is not a QV issue.  I worked in a shop where we did this all the time.

Just thought of something.  Is the QV client licensed with a Local license or is it leasing a license from a server?  It might be an issue if 2 users are trying to use the same licensed client.

Also, is there an error message associated with the failure to open the QV Client?  It would be helpful to have that.
