All services are ok, but management console doesn't work

Hi everyone,

Things are getting wierder and wierder with my SBE.

Like I just said, all services work fine, scheduled reload make the job, access point is reachable....everything work but management console.

IE show the page like  : that page page doesn't exist

The 1M€ question is who's faulty ? : is it IE or QView server?

Hi, Will.

You can check if it is an IE problem trying to access it with a different browser.

Can you open it when you are logged in the server ? ( using http://localhost:4780/qmc )

If the problem is just in a different machine, you need to check firewall restrictions on port 4780

yeah i did try with firefox as well, and nothing changed and both won't work with url you gave me.

It 's pretty bizarre, because, just before installing this SBE(V10) , I had the very same SBE(V11) and everything worked fine.

For many reasons , i did this downgrade, and suddenly the management console disappear.....

Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

What would be the internet browser behavior if the login / pwd were wrong?
