Publisher to export as Excel

Hi,

I have learned from QlikView publisher that we can schedule a task to export a report data as PDF and email it to a particular group of users.

But after implementing this solution, I have got a request from my business user to change the file format to Excel instead of PDF. But I understand from that publisher has no direct option to export to Excel.

I also understand that we can write macros to send table object data as Excel and this can be incorporated as part of Publisher.

Can any of you please help me with the macro which will allow me to export table data to Excel and I can schedule the same in Publisher?

Hi Murali,

take a look to NPrinting: http://nprinting.com. It can send reports via email from QlikView in Excel and pdf formats starting from the same template. You can try it for free with your QlikView documents.
