Access Point Loading Content Issue

Hi all,

I cant't load the content in Access Point.Recently changed my password for AD account and already updated all services with the new passoword.All services are in running status.Can anyone suggest.

Did you restart all the services after updating the password?

Yes,I restarted the services but still the same issue.

Hi Tom,

Which version are you running? Is it v11 SR1 build 11282? Did you install .NET 4 extended? Did you reboot the computer that hosts the QlikView Server after install? If the user running services member of the local Administrators group and has logged in after giving membership?

Hi Miguel,

I solved the problem.

Since i was  using IIS7 as the QlikView web server,and i didn't change the password that was running the IIS QlikView App Pool(QlikViewIIS).
