Thumbnail image on Access Point was not refreshed after a reload

Hi,

I ran into a problem about refreshing thumbnail image on Access Point and am seeking for a solution.

I ran my Qlikview with debug mode locally (so that the file size was small enough to move across servers), moved it over to the server, then reloaded and republished it through Publisher.

However, on Access Point, the thumbnail image of that Qlikview was not refreshed. It still showed the old data (which was the file I created with debug mode.)

Does anyone know how I can get the thumbnail image to be refreshed automatically after each Qlikview reload?

A note I wanted to add to my previous post:

The Qlikview file was reloaded successfully. When I clicked on the file it did show the current data. Only the thumbnail image was not showing the current data.

Hi,

Try to delete the application from end user folder and republish that document again.

I contacted Qlikview Support a few months back.  This is still a known bug and is not resolved in Qlikview 10.
