how to compare fields in set analysis

How to comapare Fields in set analysis.

like,

sum of sales where source is equal to destination.

source contain 10 values and destination also contain 10 values , so i need sales where source is equal to destination.

source=aaa ,sales=3000 destination=aaa then i need to get the sum(Sales).

source and destination fields are from diffrent table both tables are connected  with another table.

                                              =Sum({ <Cloumn1=column2>}sales) ?

How about the following?

Sum(  if(Cloumn1=column2,sales)  )
