What are the different way to read data from Hyperion ?

Hi Sunil,

What do you want to read from Hyperion? The transaction data? Or the report repository (or rather metadata), Or the mapping of your financial statements. Also are you talking about HFM or the Planning module?

I have done some work on Hyperion and was able to get hierarchical data converted into QV friendly format. Is that what you are looking for?

Please post your specific needs, and please in details if possible.

actually, I want to use summarize financial data , Hierarchical data into finance dashboard into qlikview.

Actually I taken some data for MM,SD,PPC from SAP R/3 but client's requirement is to take financial data from hyperion on which They alredy developed report in hyperion.

what are the different different way to use that summarize result in qlikview ?.

You could load those transaction table using OLEDB or ODBC and convert them to QVDs. Then using Hierarchy load feature you could load them into your QVW documents. There are tables in the DB which will give you the account hierarchy and other things like descriptions, etc.

Did you try playing with DB tabes yet?
