Can't add new DOC Cal: "too many document CALs assigned"

Hi all,
I've just re-installed a QV enterprise server.
I'm trying to add new Documents CAL user and the system is not allowing me to do it.
The message I got is: "Too many document CALs assigned

I'll appreciate your advice on how to solve this.

Hi David,

First of all, did you uninstall the previous version of Server so you don't have both servers running in the same network?

When you click on a document to assign document CALs, how many are you allocating to each document?

Hi Miguel,
Thanks for the prompt reply...I forgot to allocate number of CALs for the
document("Number of CALs allocated to this Document:"), it was 0 and this is the reason I got the above message.
