How can I solve this demand, need to know sales at hoppy hour for articles where have lower price at happy our and articles that no not have a lower price at happy hour. (all articles have two tariff but some have different price and others not.

Some Articles have same price independedly of Tariff applied (Happy hour)
I am aiming for
1. Revenues for Articles sold at Tariff 11 (where Price 11 = Price 1)
2. Revenues for Articles sold at Tariff 11 (where Price 11 not equal Price 1) but only the ones sold at Price 11 lower than Price 1
