login failed issue

Hi All,

We have installed QlikView at our client site and its hosted on web.  When the user is trying to connect to the server link, the window asking for login credentials is not appearing and directly displaying as login failed. 

We have changed the security settings in internet explorer to prompt for username and password always and inspite of that its not happening.  However, when we try logging into QlikView link from our server from our system its working. 

Can anybody help on the changes required in internet explorer to get login window displayed.

What do you mean by server link? Can you give more details about what you are trying to connect to? Can you do a screen shot of IE and port it here?
