Bubble colour in scatter chart based on the sales

Hi All,

Can anyone know how to give the bubble colour in scatter chart(google map) based on the current month sales will be >20% of last year same

month sales.Is it possible in google map.where i have to give this colour in chart.can anyone know about this i am attaching my application(pfa).
