Opening port on QlikView server

Hi

We are trying to access Qlikview from outside our LAN and have noticed that if we run a port-check ping on ports 80 and 4747 they are shown to be closed. How or where should we open these ports?

On the firewall ( eg ISA\ PIX \ ASA) inline between the two networks or on the local firewall on the QVS server (or both)
