Installed QlikView 11.00 SR1 on client computer. When i click on the shortcut icon created for the specific report, QlikView opens but give me an error message:

Hi Miguel,
We are having this issue on a laptop. Only HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\QlikTech were in the registry for all the other users. We uninstalled Version 10, deleted the registry keys and installed QlikView 11.00 SR1. We really don’t know what else to try. Do you have any ideas?

If that's the case, I'd think on something local, related with the OS of that computer... as long as all the other computers are now working fine. Does this computer have something different (different OS version, noth fully updated, different software applications) than the other computers where that is working fine?

New error message when installling QlikView V11.00 SR1 on clients computer.
Faulting application qv.exe, version 11.0.11282.0, faulting module qv.exe, version 11.0.11282.0. We already cleared the registry entries to have a "clean" installation after uninstalling the older version.
I will appreciate it if any one can help.
