Basic Expression

I have three fields, ShipmentID, OriginalStack, and FinalStack. I want my bar graph to show how many ShipmentID's were originally in a different stack than they ended up in (aka OriginalStack does not equal FinalStack).

The x-axis is Final Stack, and the y-axis is the number of shipments. If you look at the attached document, the bar graph is correct, except I don't want to show the ShipmentID's where the OriginalStack=FinalStack. Can anyone help me add this to my expressions?

Not quite. I don't want the ones where the OriginalStack=FinalStack counted at all. There should be three bars for every FinalStack on the x-axis. I thought that the attached solution would work, but it didn't... Take a look.

Maybe something with my script is wrong? The if statement isn't even working (as you can see in the table).
