Hi,

Hope you can help? We've recently added 2 session CALs to our licence to go along with out named user CALs. We noticed yesterday that only 1 of the licences was available, and today 0 of the licences are available. For the last few hours the EMC is showing '0 available 2 in licence'. We have no active sessions running on the server, session timeout is set to 1800s, and the session log shows the last session CAL session was early this morning and has now closed. We are using QV10 SR2, on Windows Server 2008 64bit. Does anyone have any idea where the session calls are being/have been consumed? Thanks

There is a minimum session time of 15 minutes. So, once a session is closed it will be 15 minutes before it can be used again. Can you check to see if that is your issue?
