Arrow up/down in the pie chart

Hi,

Is it possible to put arrow up/down in a pie chart?

Say for example,

if VALUE 1 > VALUE 2 then the arrow is UP

or

if VALUE 1 < VALUE 2 then the arrow is DOWN

Is it possible?
