Problem with printing from server with qlikview 9

Hi All,

          I am using qlikview 9 for a while.Now when I access the document (which is located on our server) from my desktop in internet explorer and click on print icon in chart then the report is with no selections at all.No matter what selections I make, the chart report does not take any selections at all.Could someone please explain why this is happening.What should I do to print the chart with selections.

Hi, It might be a report setting.

On the report editor, select your report. Go to Menu Report-> Report settings...

At the report tab, check the selections area

For your expected behavior, you should select 'Current' there

Thanks for the reply but I am not printing from reports.The print icon is on the chart via the menu option in properties
