License Issue

Hi All,

I am working in an organization where we have licence for QV. Normally after installation we type in the server address and click connect to activate the license. But today morning my QV is showing personal edition. I am trying to connect to the server, its getting connected, but still the edition is showing as personal edition. Yesterday I did logged in to 3 different PCs with my own ID. Is the issue related to this (multiple logins). If yes, kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Hi,

First, make sure you only have one computer connected to the server, because QlikView will lease to the last client asking for license, so if you first connect your Desktop PC and get your license, then connect your laptop, you will indeed get a license, but your Desktop PC will lose it.

Second, in the QEMC, does your user still have a license assigned?
