Two fields of 4 values how to link them 1to1 in order of load?

I have a table of 2 fields. Each field has 4 values. They are not linked so selecting the value in one field doesn't do anything in the other field. How would I link the two fields in order of load they are linked 1 to 1 ie selecting the most recent load in one field selects the same in the other?
The information you've provided is inconsistent. Fields within the same table are always related, unless the table is marked as "loosely coupled". You have to provide more info, maybe a sample application or at least screenshots. Table box with these two fields and a picture of the data model could be good enough to understand your problem.
