Cannot export grahs as PNG in IE 8

Hi all,

I deployed qwv files in the QVS and accessing these reports by IE8, my problem is that when i try to export my graph as PNB i have an error( see the attached).

I tried also to save as Excel and print, i had the same error.

Please can you help to find a solution to this issue?

- I am accessing using AJAX through IE8

- The webserver used is the QLIKVIEW built-in server

Does it work in IE9 or Firefox ?

If not, have you got clustered QVS's ? If you have you need to set the 'Alternate Temporary Files Folder Path' in the QEMC to a location accessible by both nodes. eg) a file share \ UNC
