Would anyone out there know why that might be the case? The two different files have the same local security and exist in the same folder. One is available through Access Point but the other isn't.
They belong to the group/users with varying degrees of permissions (working for most files):
Administrators
users
Qlikview Document Administrators
Qlikview Administrators
Qlikview Service Account(s)
Would it have anything to do with some file settings maybe?
Any help would be appreciated.

Actually, I do in fact see a flag under Document Properties -> Server that gives the option to filter the file within Access Point using Section Access. I'll have to verify that with the owner of the document and will come back if that was not the reason. Thanks for a friendly ear.
