Calculating "door open" based on given state "door close" start and end

Hi All

see attached exxmple. 

The state of the door (open or closed) is given in this eample, but what I need is to calculate this based on the moments where the start and end time that the door is open is given .

Hope there is someone who can help on this

I was convinced that IntervalMatch was part of the solution, but with ajustments this is working well
