Qlikview on Iphone : Accesspoint on Safari OK, Iphone app KO

Hello all,

I have a strange problem.

I try to connect to my server on my Iphone thanks to the Iphone application ; but when I select my server into this app, something seems to be loaded indefinitely.

It is not a network problem ; I am correctly connected to my VPN and I can access to my applications (published with "mobile version") with Safari.

Have you ever seen something like that ? Does a settings exist on my Qlikview Management Console that I need to configure ?

Jaymerry,

The version in iTunes store isn't a valid version. You should just use the Safari to connect to your system. You need to enable the mobile version of the application you want the user to use.
