Qlikview Server installation allready Exists. What needs to do to install Test Server?

Hi all,

1. We have a Qlikview Development Machine, which we use for Local Qlikviw Development and Migrate the files to the Production Serve once it passes the UAT.

2. Now we have got a Test Server Licence and I have given the responsibility to install the Test Server on the Development Machine.

3. When I tried Installing the Qlikview Server I recognized that the Qlikview Server is allready existing on the Development machine.

4. I don't know whether should I unInstall & Install again or doing some file deletion and applying the Test Licence will do the thing.

Please suggest me as I don't want any issues to happen with our Production Server due to this activity.

Go to the license tab and input the license and then click the update button.

I unstalled the Qlikview Server as I could see some licence key inside the licence tab and I was not able to check what is the licence key on our production Server as I do not have access.

Deleted the ProgramData-> QlikTech Folder manually and reinstalled the qlikview Server (full install, single server installation).

Restarted the services and applied the key and it started working.
