Failed to open document

Hi,

I can't open my document whet I put it into qlikview accesspoint.

I always receive the message Failed to open document. You don't have access to this document.

What I'm doing wrong ?

I created this document on my pc, using a lease license. If I create a new document on the server directly, by the qlik client, I don't have any problem, I can see it by the access point.

For sure is an authorization problem, but I don't know hopw to hand it.

Help please, thanks in advance

1.Try giving the authorization in QMC

Documents > User Documents > [select your document] > then go to Authorization tab, there you can give All users.

2.I you applied and section access send the code sample to verify that.

I have 11.0.11282.0.

I do not have any tab called Authorization under Documents.

I open the console through IE

Go to Documents and then User Documents then select the document I have issue with.

There is no Authorization option as a tab.

I have tried changing the drop down menu for Authenticated Users and Named Users with no resolution.

I have set the physical files to have full control for Domain Users, and a group called QlikView Users, still no go.

There is no space in the path or file name.

Please help.

Can you copy a couple of line from your section access here?

Good afternoon.

Section Access has not been setup on this document.

Good morning.

As stated in my previous reply there is no Section Access setup on the report that is failing.

Is there a way to get the report to load and run correctly without this requirement.

They have other reports setup with the Section Access portion but this is the first report without such portion in the coding.

you might not assign document cal s for the dashboard

Documents-->UserDocuments--> MasterServer--> Select Your dashboard---> Document CALS---> Give number of licenses to the document(you can allow dynamic allocation also by checking checkbox below the above number of cals field)

Hope it will help you

Good afternoon.

He has already assigned two CALs to the document and there are two users specified but still cannot access the document.
