The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully

Hi,

I am getting an error from the publisher stating 'The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully' and

1. QDSMain.Exceptions.ThreadPoolJobStillRunningException: Aborting reload. Error: QDSMain.TaskResult

   at QDSMain.ReloadTask.Reload(String fileName, TaskResult taskResult, String sectionAccessUserName, String sectionAccessPassword, eReloadOptions reloadOption, String variableName, String variableValue, Boolean moniterCpuUsage).

If I run the extract manually on the server it works fine and there is no error. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this error?

Checking the log file is a good option.

You can also check if the user running server services is allowed in qvw section access.

When you run it manually on the server are you using the same account?
