How to connect to a specific port?

Hi,

We're trying to connect QV to a SAP instance, and QV shows the following error:

RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE

ERROR partnet 'serverIP:Port' not reached

We want to try to connect to a specific port in the connection string, How could we do that? Does it possible?
