Macro help

I created a macro to send an email and trying to run it trough button......when i clicked on button I am not getting any email but edit module page is opening.......

It sounds like either something is wrong in your macro or you're not allowing system access in the security drop down in the macro module.

Johannes is correct, change the "Requested module security" to system access and "Current and Local Security" to "Allow system access" in Edit Module. If this is not working, post your code. Regards. Siva Sankar

Hey, it is working perfectly for me..  Hope you've given your email address and password in the server configuration part of your script below..  msgConf.Fields.Item("http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/sendusername") = "enter Your email id"   msgConf.Fields.Item("http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/sendpassword") = "enter your eamil Id account password"   Regards. siva sankar

Sorry I am not clear.....If you dont mind.......Can you please send me ur script by adding stars(******)  in required places......

Yes, I entered sending Email Id and password.....but still I am not getting any email and its just exported but not mailed.......

 

The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x800ccc15. The server response was not available

This is the error msg Im  getting....

code is fine..check the firewall settings

I changed module security and local security to system access......still there is no change....
