Define User Specific View Grouping

Hi all

Currently, I am sharing the qvw.file to user who will have access to view the report but they may have to focus on some specific selected value of a dimension.

For example, we have 5 materials in the fact table. User A will review 4 products, User B will review 2 products, User C will review 3 products. Is there any way to show the key figure "KG" in worksheet "Dev" according to the product list of each user?

I made the example at worksheet "Result" as the straight tables that different user can execute a button to filter out the fact table by their product list.

Hi,

You need to use Section Access with field Reduction. Here is the link for simple example and remember to use "Strict Exclusion" option in document properties. This option will deny the users who don't have a matching value instead of providing full access. Also attaching Section Access Tutorial.
