Profile settings in Access Point not saving

Hello!  I have a user who changes their preferred client in Access point-Favorites and Profiles to IE Plugin from Full Browser Version.  They prefer the look and feel better of IE Plugin.  However, their settings do not save and they have to re-set them every time they login to Access Point.  Does anyone know how to resolve this?  I don't have any other users experiencing this issue.

I would bet this is an issue with cookies on their machine.
