Remote Management Service (QMS) does not show server or folders

I have used the QMS with no problems previously, but now the 'Qlikview Servers' and 'Source Folders' tabs do not show the source location or the entry box for the destintation server/folder mappings. Does anyone know why this would happen?

We have experienced the exact same situation while trying to configure a "bridge" between a 10SR4 on W2K3 and a 11SR2 server on W2K8.

We followed the steps described in the QV Server Publisher Advance Administration guide, starting at page 221, and when we got to images 2 and 3 from page 223, the "From" and "To" remained blank.

However, the "Import Task(s)" feature only works if both the source and the destination systems bear the same QlikView Server versions.

The solution would therefore consist in first upgrading the source QlikView Server to QV11SR2, and then bringing over your tasks to the new server.
