Show Percentage & Value On The Same Bar In A Chart

Dear All,

How can I represent the value and the percentage (as a label) on the same bar in the chart.

Please find a sample attached.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I want to show the total number of employees in one bar and the number of employees on vacation (along with the % of employees on vacation) on another bar against the given dimension, which means there should be two bars.

P.S: Please check the QVW. It's missing the formula you mentioned
