External Users- Document Access

Hello

The organisation I work for currently builds the security and access to pages through the company's USERID and the prefix format is the same for everyone throughout the organisation

However we are hoping for external users to view our documents and was wondering whether anyone has done this and how I could go about external people seeing our documents and would I need to think about changing my current set up for internal users

U can give authorizations for external users by section access NTNAME. They have to access those documents based on USERID n PASSWORD allocated in Section access.
