Failed to create account IQVS_Companyname, Access is denied

Anyone who has seen this error in windows applicationlogs before? Log also say: (Error Code : 5 (NERR_BASE + -2095)). It looks like it is happening every time the server is restarted. Thankful for any pointers on how to troubleshoot this. Or for information telling me that this is nothing to care about.

This happens on Qlikview 11 server.

Thanks for the answer! Any idea why it fails to create the account? Is it because our license doesn't allow anonymous access? Can I check some setting wether or not it is allowed? Can I create the account and give it the same rights as the IUSR_ account to get rid of the error?

Hi,

check if your QlikView service user belongs to local Administrator group of the the QV Server.

Checked, and the account is a member of the local administrators group.
