I guess that you've reached the maximum number of CALs leased to users, so a new user is trying to lease a license and can't.
is it possible to modify this number ? because i didnt do it on my server !!!!
Yes, you have to buy more licenses.

25 left? The message seems to indicate that you only have 15: "All 15 licensed Named CALs are allocated"....
Is it 25 Named User CALs or 25 Document CALs ?

I think you have 25 Document CALs free.
So you can affect them in the Document Tab (in QMC).

Ok, you must have checked the limit Number of CAL option.
Go to the System / License / QV Server / Limit.
Is it right ?
