Can't export to Excel from IE Plugin Client

Hi,

On one of our clients, which use the web access point, we have problems with export from the objects to Excel (or any other format like txt and xml) when using the IE Plugin Client. Have tried "Send to Excel" and also Export. Have uninstalled the IE Plugin and installed it again - didn't help. No problems exporting to Excel if we use the Ajax client instead from the same client.
The problem is not registered from any other client.

The client runs Windows7 Pro (64 bit) and Internet Explorer version 9, the Office version is 2007.

Are there any settings in Internet Explorer I should check, or anything else?

If using Excel 2010 +, And Qlikview 11.2 SR6 + you may need to do this:

In addition, ensuring the Enable Protected Mode check box is unchecked may also be necessary.

Turn the checkbox off:
