Why does plugin think I'm a different user?

Hi All

I remote to the Qlikview server as the service user, however, when I open a document on my local PC when logged in as myself the plugin thinks I'm the Service User..?

I've tried clearing the browser cache etc to no avail.  Please can anyone explain this behaviour?

I had a similar situation and was not able to eliminate it until migrating servers.

Check the entries under Crentials Manager in windows' control panel. You may have saved entries for the server.

Change the Logon type in Internet options in order to log in as desired user.
