Where I can Upload the Extension Calendar View

I search to upload the Extension File who is used to create the Calendar View in the Qlikview demo :

If I remember when you install qlikview there must be a directory with a lot of extensions examples and amongh these there is the calendar.

Do you know where I can find an explication for this extension please because they are a lot of dimension to configure and it's difficult to know what dimension is necessaery.
