i have a account code field

the field in which the first five long values should be account header, so i need those five values to brought out in the another field, so that if we put straight table we can have more description, fisrt account header, next respective account no. to account header and categories

is there any way to do this in script to seperate first five and relate those values  with respective account nos

please help me
