Black lines in table box using AJAX client in Internet Explorer

Hi!

Has anyone experienced this problem using Internet Explorer?

I'm using Access Point with the AJAX client and this works fine with Chrome and Firefox.

The picture is showing a Table box using IE 9. The black lines by each column is whats weird...

Is there a fix/solution to this? Any specific setting on the charts that I shouldnt use?

I have tried removing any shadow etc...

Hi Mikael,

We have the same issue with some users with IE8.

Have you find a solution or the reason why?

Vincent

Hi,

Have you tried using the same data in a straight table chart to see what happens?

Hi Bastien,

The problem appears in the same way on straight tables, multiboxes or current selections.

Hi,

Are you using any server extensions that could provoke this?

I guess you should try with QV11 but if you say it happens on some PCs and not others.

How great would it be if IE didnt exist, right?

Hi Bastien,

No we have no extension.

Users with this problem are in another country, so I have asked them to make some checks with other browsers (but our company doesn't allow users to install other software without many authorisations). Then to check the version of their .net framework, but they have no access to the window folder...

So maybe in one week I will have more information.

Regards,

Vincent
